The house rules

MyMarkt is a real marketplace between real neighbours. Everything you post — listings, photos, hunts, messages — has to stay inside these lines.

Never allowed
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives and any regulated firearm part
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, vapes, tobacco and alcohol
  • Counterfeit, replica or stolen goods
  • Live animals, human remains, body parts or bodily fluids
  • Prescription medication, medical devices and supplements sold as cures
  • Sexual content, sexual services and anything involving minors
  • Recalled, unsafe or tampered-with products
  • Hateful, harassing, violent or discriminatory content
  • Personal data, account credentials, tickets resold against issuer rules
  • Regulated services without the required licence — medical, legal, financial, childcare

Break these rules and the content is removed. Serious or repeat violations end the account, and we report illegal activity to the authorities. Every listing and hunt is screened automatically, and anyone can report content from the listing, profile or chat with the flag button.
